As Airducter is a family company, this means when you work for Airducter you are more than just a number. You are a valued member of our team. Many of our staff have been with the company for years and we value their input.

We work to attract, retain, and develop staff at all levels within the organisation. We train and mentor apprentices, trainees, and cadets, many of whom have been recognised with awards over the years. Our commitment to training has resulted in Airducter putting in excess of 50 people through apprenticeship training over the past 36 years, and will continue to do so for the years to come.
